If we cannot publish your wedding website within 24 hours of payment and confirmed details, you may cancel for a full refund.

If the published page contains an error that we introduced and cannot correct within 24 hours of you telling us, you receive a full refund.

Once your page has been published and shared, the fee is not refundable, because the service has been delivered.

Corrections to names, dates, venues and photographs are made free of charge for the life of the page.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
