Your Wedding Website (promora.nexaaglobal.com/wedding) is operated by Nexaaglobal Solutions Private Limited (“we”). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written to meet India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
Details you give us in forms or chats: name, phone, email, city, and what you tell us about your goals. Payment details are handled by our payment gateway; we never see or store your card or UPI credentials.
Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, collected through cookies, analytics tools and advertising measurement tools (such as the Meta Pixel on sites that use it), which help us measure and improve our ads.
Wedding details you submit (names of the couple and family members, photographs, venues, dates and messages) are used only to build and publish your wedding page. Your page is published on a private link, is excluded from search engines, and never shows a phone number or home address unless you ask for it. We delete the page and its photographs on your request at any time.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, deliver the service you bought, send reminders and receipts, improve the website, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run the service (hosting, payments, email and WhatsApp messaging, analytics, advertising platforms), under contracts that limit their use of your data, and authorities when the law requires it.
Children
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must consent before you share personal data with us.
Your rights
