Refund policy

Fees paid for a month in which work has started are not refundable.

If you cancel before strategy work begins, we refund the full amount paid for that month.

Advance payments for future months are refunded in full when you give 15 days' written notice.

Paid-media budgets are spent on your behalf on the ad platforms; any unspent balance is refunded.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
